St Albans Orthodontic Centre

Was initially referred in about 2016 as I have a reverse overbite and was told I would need braces 2 years before surgery. To cut a long story short I was going back and forth to appointments for around 3 years only for them to turn around and tell me (a few weeks before I turned 18 meaning I cant do NHS) that they couldnt give me the braces and that they dont actually do that at that clinic I know people that have had braces from there previously and have read your responses to previous unsatisfied customers stating that you prioritise customers based on severity and oral hygiene so Im now asking myself if being referred for treatment ahead of a big surgery is severe enough for treatment? At each appointment we were getting X- rays (which cost money) which actually were pointless as they never had any use for them since they were never actually going to do the job we were referred there for. Would not recommend.

Very kind, ready to help even when not at work. Always find the way to reply fast and resolve issues with the braces. Amazing job, our son's teeth look like film star at the end. Massive thank you to the whole orthodontic studio. Amazing!!!

I was a patient with Steve originally in 2007. After some careful thought I consulted again with Steve in late 2018 and decided to go ahead with double jaw surgery on Steves advice. I can honestly say this man has changed my life. With his advice and guidance I now have a functional bite and a smile I am proud of. Steve and his team have always been professional, supportive and helpful during my treatment. I have lived my whole life with a complex bite and jaw issues and I will be eternally grateful for Steves advice, support, referrals and treatment to give me a beautiful smile and a better quality of life. I wouldnt go to anyone else for orthodontic treatment and I will be taking my children to Steve if the need arises. Thank you Steve, Katrina and team.
