My son has been seeing Tarynn Heasley for Occupational Therapy at Hemispheres Movement for Learning in St. Albans since 2017. We were referred by the educational psychologist that suggested occupational therapy could help my son with sensory processing difficulties. The words I would use to describe Tarynn are highly skilled, caring and practical. Tarynn promptly identified our son's difficulties, implemented programs and treatment goals to address his difficulties, and continued to assess and update the issues and goals to ensure he was getting the treatment he needed. Tarynn routinely took the time to explain and demonstrate what each OT activity was designed to do and brainstormed as to how I could help him apply those movements in daily routines. Our son was keen to follow the program at home and looked forward to the appointments with Tarynn. He has improved in all areas and as a result he is feeling more confident. I would highly recommend Hemispheres to anyone looking for an Occupational Therapist.
