Brock House Day Nursery and Baby Care

The staff and facilities at Brock House are both first class. We moved to the area when he was about 1y8mo and were worried about him settling somewhere new but we needn't have been - the staff in the baby room got him used to the new routine in no time and he's now excited to go in every morning and gives them big cuddles when he arrives. We like the gardens and outside spaces for the children to play in, as well as all the food being home cooked on site every day by the lovely Dawn. All in all very happy - thank you Brock House!

My son seems happy and the teachers are nice. I would give them more stars but I wont as they accountant is unacceptable unprofessional. She is very inconsistent and she is not sure of how much we should be paying. She gives us some figures which after checking are wrong (in their favour) and so se give us other figures, which are also wrong (also in their favour) Updates: 6 months after, they keep changing the figures. Talking to other parents , we are not the only one have the same problems. It is a real pity as the teacher are so nice.

Both my girls (9 and 4) have been to Brock House Nursery/Junior school. The staff there are absolutely fantastic and their help and support have helped my children grow into kind, caring well mannered young ladies. If I was rating the staff only, then I would review them as 5 out of 5 Unfortunately the accounts team are shocking and ruined what should have been a great last day for my youngest ( they are quite happy to take your money but not refund you on time (30 hours free) or with the correct amount)
