Playschool Nursery

My two children have been very happy at this nursery. The staff genuinely care about the children and build great bonds with them. There are good facilities, a big playground outside and they do lots of activities to help them learn. Only negative is that It is expensive but no more than any other nursery in the area.

Incredibly disappointed with this nursery. We booked a place four our daughter months before she was born, as we were told it was all "flexible" in terms of changing plans. We had to indeed change plans eventually six months before she started. We contacted them, emailed and sent them letters, and we didn't receive answers at all, secretaries said for weeks the director would get in touch, nobody called us to even listen to us and understand our circumstances. All we got was an email referring to a clause in the contract, saying we couldn't get our over 1k money back. Complete lack of empathy, enormous frustration and a very poor, inefficient and off-site Management.
