Very slow at communication and the whole process was made unnecessarily stressful and not completed in time due to Karen being part time and having my account dealt with when she was absent and so my case just being left idle. Also not listening and assuming certain issues which also caused disruption and delay with my case. Phil on the other hand was extremely helpful and assertive when he had to step in and take over my account because of Karens incompetence.

The service provided by IMAB team is Exceptional! I would like to say a massive thank you to Deepa and Natalia from St. Albans team!!! Deepa is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! She managed to get the mortgage deal I wasnt even dreaming about. Helped me to understand whole house buying process (Im first-time buyer) and really helped me with choosing right life and income protection insurances. She was going above and beyond to make sure I get the best products available. You can really see how passionate she is about her job and making client happy. Overall, the service provided by the team was way above any expectation! The job you doing is truly amazing!

We've used Chris Cornish at iMAB for our first two house purchases. Really pleased with the service and well worth the very reasonable fee. Chris really explains everything regarding mortgages and insurance well and is very communicative. We have certainly been glad for him doing the communication with the bank on our behalf during the application process. We'll definitely use iMAB again and would highly recommend to others.
