        Bought a carpet for the stairs, landing and bedroom from SK Carpets and very impressed with their service from start to finish. Very good knowledge and clear explanation of the differences in the carpet and underlay, and they were very flexible (and patient) in fitting the carpets on different days so I could get furniture moved and some decoration done. Thanks a lot guys!

        Unimpressed. Poor communication between staff. Offered cut 2 cut-to-size pieces of cushion flooring if we phoned in precise dimensions as we don't have tools.. Then supplied oversize pieces, claiming that "everyone wants bigger pieces so they can then cut to fit" ! Refused to even apologise claiming (only then) that they normally charge to cut! Grudgingly did cut then to size but left us with unusable strips instead of expected sensible sized 3rd. Charged for all of course. Avoid.wont be back.
