Bob and Sam are a credit to themselves, they helped me in a very tricky situation where I had broken down and been recovered to St Albans (a city I am not familiar with). I needed to get to Guildford asap for work having already travelled from Lincoln and endured a sleepless night on the roadside waiting for recovery vehicles. Bob went out of his way to come and meet me in the city to look at my broken down vehicle and offered excellent advice and customer service. My vehicle was fixed on the same day which got me out of a very stressfull situation. Both Bob and Sam were incredibly empathetic of my situation and I felt they truly cared about my well being and helping me. I would reccomend them to everyone, my friends who have just moved to the area will be using them going forward for general servicing/mots as well as repairs in the event of breakdowns. On top of all this the price of the repairs were very good value. Thank you to Bob, Sam and their team. Ross T
