The service you receive is 5* from beginning to end - we needed to get our house on the market quickly and Louise arranged photos and plans within a couple of days - and had it on the market and viewings arranged all within the same week. Fantastic advice and support at all stages of the process. Whenever we spoke with Louise or the team they knew exactly where the sale was and the full chain - no calls or emails ever went unanswered and you really appreciate the benefit of a boutique agent who knows you and the property inside out. Louise and team were fantastic throughout our sale (and our purchase 6 years ago!). We had to quickly list our home - Louise was extremely responsive and the listing was expeditious. Within just a few days we had multiple viewings and offers. Our onward purchase was delayed and Louise and Gaynor never applied pressure. It always felt like they had our best interests at heart rather than just trying to push through a quick sale. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. It often seemed to be us doing all the proactive following up
