Very friendly and accommodating staff, the chap we spoke to was so knowledgeable about the guitars we looked at and had lots of fun facts along the way. We did not feel pressured to buy as we were looking to see what budget to save up to. The young man did not push towards the more expensive guitars and allowed us all the time we needed. A great shop :-)

Went to this local music shop a few weeks ago. I was with a friend, who wanted to try a guitar. They were very helpful and kind, let her try out a few different options, and helped her figure out which would be best for her personal use. They were extremely helpful, and seemed very knowledgeable about the instruments they were sellin, which is something you don't see a lot around these days. They had a lot of stock, with electric guitars, acoustic guitars, pianos and more. I will definitely come back if I ever need help with my interments. Really struck me how extremely thoughtful they were. Thank you music dept

What a nasty little man he is that runs this place, charged me to fix the broken head on my guitar then when the repair didn't hold he tried to weasel his way out of repairing it again by blaming me because the guitar had dust on it from some building works. Obviously completely unrelated to the head of the guitar just a lame excuse to get out of fixing it. I try to support local businesses and this is the thanks I get, will avoid them from now on at all costs

Bought a Yamaha bass from them just earlier today. It wasn't in stock in the shop but they ordered one in. The bass arrived very promptly and they went to the effort of checking over the instrument to make sure it was all OK before I picked it up. The shop itself is full of excellent high quality instruments that are clearly looked after very well. Excellent service all round - a bunch of great blokes selling a bunch of great instruments.
