After being hit in the back on a busy morning I decided to use Brian Robsons coach work as I work in St Albans. The Lady in reception named Sharon was absolutely brilliant. She arranged everything and was soon able to book my car in for the repairs. I was met by the hire car company on the day of the book in and was quickly away after Sharon had taken my keys and said my car would be ready to collect the following week. I was so happy to receive a text message telling me that my car was all done and ready to collect 2 days before the estimated date. The repairs were fantastic and my car had been fully valeted.
