Putterills gave great energy towards advertising, viewings and receiving the offers for our property. However, they failed to do the checks on the Buyers. Three months after accepting the offer on our property, there was minimal progress and I raised concerns with Putterills. Only at this point did Putterills find out that the buyers had no deposit and their whole affordability was at question. As the agent its not just important they get an offer on a property but that you dont waste time with Buyers who cant afford the property or like in our case, they can sort a financial solution but it would take 5 months.

Kayleigh was very professional throughout the sale and provided a friendly and personal touch in both keeping us up to date as the house sale progressed and answering our questions. The house sale particulars included aerial photos all of which were a really good quality. Throughout the pandemic all house viewings were undertaken with full COVID rules in mind
