Really professional enjoyable restorative yoga class on weds at 5pm. Just a small group of zoom members at the moment all benefitting from gentle breathing and yoga poses to aid relaxation and well being. Would recommend it especially if you have injuries which you are recovering from that need a bit of TLC. Melanie is always on hand to make adaptations to suit your individual body. I look forward to it every week!

Mel is a wonderfully patient, friendly and focused teacher. She holds small classes, takes time to help each person individually and always remembers and says hello to everybody who walks through the door. Highly recommend.
