I purchased a voucher for my husband via Groupon. After the appointments purchased via Groupon my husband was advised that he would need further appointments so he purchased a package of 10 in value of around 600.00. He had 3 sessions and then Covid got in the way. But ever since then, we can't get in touch with them, when trying to call their number it says "incorrect number". I emailed them a couple of times to no avail. So we lost our money! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Took my monthly fee of 60 and vanished of the face of the earth! Have not reopened since covid. But havnt had the decency to let their customers know or refund them.

NOT REPLYING!! I would love to be able to recommend this company but I have not had ANY response to an issue with a Groupon purchase. Due to COVID I was unable to use my voucher and Groupon have advised that the Advanced Wellness Centre would not be extending the vouchers. However they are still selling the treatments on Groupon but for more money now. Seems a bit off how they can take your money and not even have the decency to respond to you.

Turned up for an appointment and the door was locked. I rang many times and eventually they answered where I said I had been waiting for about 15 minutes with a few others. I was told I was wrong and the door was open. I told them I was unable to stay for my appointment and would need to rebook. Later that day I was rang and told I missed my appointment and would be charged. This was found via Groupon and was told I would need a number of appointments following on that would be about 500. Not a chance I am parting money with them and their awful service!
