Update from 9 months later - the boiler had to be changed as this is the second winter without heating/hot water Horrible customer service, our boiler is broken for more than a month and nothing gets sorted. It all started with a broken fan error, engineer said he ordered a new one, waited for a week with a completely broken boiler, no heating or hot water, and after a week he's coming back and saying he didn't order the right thing and we have to wait another week in cold. However, it was still not working completely. The boiler was switching itself off every once in a while, when the engineer came to have a look at it, he said it's all sorted and after he left the boiler stopped working at all.

Avoid as product of low performance quality. Get heaters installed by Vokera representative. Not an independent as the customer will most certainly sue the installer not the manufacturer.

I have fitted a vokera Easi-heat 25c combi boiler, won't fire I called the technical support to Ask them, a Scottish lad answer my call was very argumentative, rude and he put the phone down on me. Basically we have lost 550 I will not recommend this company.

We had our new boiler installed by kc We were amazed how good this boiler was and the warranty for the price we paid can't go wrong

I DO NOT recommend this company. My new build flat came with a Vokera boiler. Initially it was fine but then after 4 years the pressure dropped regularly requiring intervention. A boiler that needs regular intervention at only 4 years is a cause for concern. What spurred me onto replace the boiler was the shocking customer service. I booked for a boiler service and it was cancelled on day of the appointment. Understandable I thought but the second appointment was a month later. However when my second appointment was cancelled with no explanation with 36 hours by that point my boiler had stopped working since it hadn't been serviced. I asked for a refund and Vokera kept a 10 admin fee despite cancelling my appointment twice. Buy any other boiler apart from this brand and avoid dealing with this company.

Horrible customer service, our boiler is broken for more than a month and nothing gets sorted.
