I have had the benefit of working with Michele at Photiades on a property purchase. As a mortgage broker it can be extremely frustrating trying to communicate with conveyancers to get a mortgage completed for mutual clients but this has not been the case with Michele. She has been very easy to contact, responded quickly and has kept me informed throughout the whole process. This has meant that we have been able to ensure a speedy completion for our client and is an example of how professionals should work together.
