        One of the better Premier Inns Rooms generally quiet despite their city centre location. The exception can be market day set up. UPDATE: The A/C cam be noisy overnight even when turned off. Perfect for wandering around and finding restaurants etc

        Good value hotel. Love St Albans so great budget choice. Comfortable room. Had breakfast. Very busy on 2 of 3 days but staff worked hard to keep up with the feasting hoards Lots of great pubs and eateries close by. 20 min walk to St Albans City rail station with frequent trains to London in under 30 mins. Can use chip touch instead of buying tickets as within TFL zones.
