1.Great food (during my stay I had 2 full cooked breakfasts, 1 kedgeree fishcakes & 1beef & chianti casserole);
2. Friendly & helpful staff;
3. Comfortable bed;
4. Lovely shower.
Not so good:
1. Although I didnt need it, I thought it would have been nice to have a spare toilet roll in the bathroom;
2. When the room was serviced, the bed really ought to be made properly, not just the duvet cover roughly pulled up;
3. The carpets look like they could do with a really good professional deep clean;
4. Why no face flannel in the bathroom?
Those not-so-goods made me question the value-for-money for the price I paid, but nonetheless I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and the helpfulness of all the staff I came into contact with would probably bring me back if I were doing business in the area again.
