The rooms were small and outdated which was fine and I could look past this as I just needed a place to sleep for the weekend as I was working nearby. When we arrived I was told that the booking was for one person however there was two of us and normally there would be an additional charge for two people but on this occasion they wouldnt charge. So far even though the rooms were old and outdated because of the customer service I could look past it. The next day however we were told that we would have to pay the extra charge which didnt make any sense as we were told the night before we wouldnt. There was no need for the extra charge the room was already set up for two people, all that was different was two people sleeping in a bed instead of one. Additionally we found old soap from the hotel that had clearly been used by a previous guest still in the shower. I would have given it 4 stars because when we first arrived even though the hotel was run down at least the customer service was good but it went downhill after we were told to pay extra and I found the old soap in the bathroom.
