The Google location took me to an entirely different address, I called the salon and let them know I'd be ten minutes late and they said that was fine. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn't have my appointment and that I'd have to wait for another hour at least. After expressing my concerns about how disregarded and uncomfortable this made me feel, I was given a haircut by a senior member of staff, for free of charge. I really appreciated the eventual care and understanding I was met with, whilst recognising this wasn't an easy situation for everyone involved, and there was discomfort in the air. Thank you for your flexibility, kindness and generosity! I was happy with my haircut and the stylist did her best to understand, and made a great effort with me. I appreciate it!

Great salon and the shining star is Hannah. I have been highlighting my hair for 20 years and I have finally found a colourist who has made my hair the colour of my dreams. Hannah really listens, obviously has had amazing training and clearly takes great pride in her work. I cannot recommend her enough. Her skills with blonde hair is unparalleled.
