Shahnaz is one of the most amazing people I have met since moving to the UK. She was professional and polite every time I spoke with her on the phone, in person and even in email! I wasn't very specific in what 'look' I wanted for my wedding day because I wasn't actually sure - I don't wear make-up that often - and she took that in stride to make it look natural and glowy so that I still looked like myself but very lovely for my special day. Even just the effort she put into curling my hair and pinning it (There's a lot of hair!) she took like a champ, and then there was the on the spot designing and make-up artistry she did on my mom & best friend without having run a trial on them before. I absolutely adore this woman and anyone who hires her to do their make-up and hair for ANY event is lucky to be on her schedule! (Also, I am very sensitive-skinned and NOTHING she used broke me out!)
