        Great old school bodybuilding gym with all the kit you could ever need, the only letdown is that so many members relentlessly leave their weights despite warnings everywhere and its always the gimps that have never heard the word 'intensity' in their life, dressed like complete dossers, expecting people to pick up after them. It shows a total lack of respect and people like that should get a good kicking. The owners are lovely and so are the staff.

        Good gym, friendly never too busy. Big downside is weights are never restacked and this is not enforced at all by staff so waste your time offloading millions of plates by previous user (always the same ppl too).Grips and treads on a lot of machines needs replacing as totally worn out.
