Good facility but Gym area is little congested

its fine, but the changing rooms are cheap and horrible, the reception area needs a lot more seating (they limit it to force people into the cafe, which is fine but the cafe isnt open half the time). I buy the spa membership because the changing room is slightly nicer and you get a towel, but after being here a month I have had zero towels as they are always run out. The gym is fairly good for basic workouts tho

Shock and horror! After swimming, my little son and I entered a changing cubicle. When we were naked, I looked up and to my shock and horror I spotted a 360 security camera, right above our heads!!! The cubicle has no ceiling, and since the camera is right above it it can see inside the cubicle. I cannot even imagine how many naked adults and children must have been recorded by that camera.
