        They really don't know what they are doing. I actually can't believe how terrible the service is. I really get the impression that maybe 98% of them within this job centre don't know what they are doing.

        This job centre left me hanging when I was unemployed. The service was terrible, and no one even cared. I feel like they just left me out there to suffer without any proper assistance.

        Terrible and useless! They couldn't care less about people I have been on benefits up and down the country and this job centre offered me the worst service ever! I have no idea how the people working here get hired
