        I'm sure it's very good for the surgery; does away with all those awkward things that patients have, like questions, concerns and so on. No need for any dialogue and so on: just press 'Send', that's your lot, next please! As I say, the surgery must love it, and anything awkward - ignore and delete! So 5 stars - from The Maltings, but a bit less from me.....

        Super service when NHS is really struggling. Quick and easy and seen with care and politeness. Dr P is a star and looked after me my very well. Keep it up!!

        Ive recently had a baby. During my pregnancy I was very concerned about the quality of care with this surgery it was impossible to contact them and see someone and I ended up needing to go to A&E for an issue that got worse because I couldnt get hold of them. However in recent months they have changed their booking system to online and I can say confidently that the service has been excellent. Since my son has been born we have had a few times where we needed to see a doctor between us and my husband once also. We have all been contacted quickly after making an online request and seen promptly. The doctors we have seen have been fantastic also.
