        I have ordered with Jean now a few times, the flowers have always been amazing and they last so much longer than any flowers before.

        Ordered same day flowers only to discover the NEXT DAY that they hadn't delivered as driver was ill. If I had known I could have reordered elsewhere. The whole point was to have them on her birthday. They argued over a measly 4 refund when they should have refunded the whole thing after such a mess up.
