Put simply, the best specialist broker I have ever worked with. I used 2 other large companies in the last 12 months, both of whom were useless, and so decided to try a smaller company. These guys went above and beyond, and I will only ever use Baya Financial for bridging finance going forward. A real "dream team".

Jackie & Ellie are prepared do what it takes to get deals over the line, every time! They have a great understanding of what is happening at the other side of transactions with banks, valuers and solicitors, and they communicate every step of the way and will continuously progress things with all parties.
