        Did not live up to expectations. The ingredients were quality but the dishes were cold. The staff argued with me that they were not. He implied that it was us who were being unreasonable asking for hot gravy as well as getting a lecture about cheese curds not being melty. I know poutine and cheese curds Made with hot gravy they will indeed get creamy and melty. Giant cold chunks with lukewarm gravy was not nice. Disappointed Canadians.
