        I want an appointment. You have to use the NHS app. There's zero options on what you actually need one for. You tell reception. They ask you to call back at 8am on a specific day. You do that. No you can't do that as you need to use the app. I've been denied a check up for six months. What a load of bull. Rude receptionist, lazy doctors and poor customer service.

        Having moved to this surgery from another one in St Albans I can honestly say I've had nothing but exemplary service. Thanks to my neighbour who mentioned he had just moved to them & said how good they were I swapped over & am really pleased I did. :-)

        Over the past few months, this practice has clearly placed an emphasis on improvement. From the wider range of services on offer to the attitude of front-line staff, everything seems more patient-centred. It seems that a great deal of effort has gone into making this a leading and forward-thinking service in the area.
