Easy place to find. Parking during this visit was easy as we got in the (small) car park out the back - maybe 6bays? It is in a residential street. Otherwise we would have to park on the street. There is a lift to the 1st floor & a disabled toilet. Couldn't fault my experience today. Friendly & helpful staff.

Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful! They think they are the doctors. The doctors wont see patients, they ask for photos which they wrongly diagnose, I had a serious infection and was told that the photo looked ok and to rest, 3 days later I fought for another appointment, got asked to send another photo, was instructed to go to A&E, it was confirmed I had sepsis with 49% blood infection. The local nurse burnt my skin with silver nitrate, GP Partner wasnt interested when I complained. GP refers you to different outpatient departments, regardless of the symptoms, that way he doesnt need to continue your care or treatment. Passes the book. Disgusting surgery, GP KAPIL KEDIA, should be stripped of his GP license. What a disgrace he is to his parents who by the way were the best GPs in Hertfordshire, caring, considerate, thorough, helpful and gave you the time of day. Never had an issue previously.
