Dental Specialists St Albans

When I first came to see Bola my teeth and gums were in a terrible condition and I was expecting to lose a lot of the teeth. With such specialist care and a program of ongoing treatments, my gums are fully recovered and my teeth are strong and I have no more bleeding or infections in the gums. I am so pleased with the levels of service and professionalism from Bola and all the team at Dental Specialists St Albans, and could not recommend them highly enough!

Although reception was friendly, Im not satisfied (and slightly angry) with the Orthodontist attitude during our appointment. Rude and slightly odd behaviour toward myself as the parent of a nervous child on her first visit. I was told on three occasions that I couldnt accompany my child in for the consultation (strange) and then when I persisted, was instructed to stand in the doorway. Lastly, without acknowledging my presence, the orthodontist began asking my daughter about any major illnesses, medication, health issues, etc. she has had/on/worried aboutI found this thoroughly oddsurely these are questions for the parent?! All in all this was not a nice experience. Needless to say well be seeking a second opinion and another practice.

Very friendly staff, from reception to the Dental staff. Dentist is amazing, very warm and great with kids. Dr Levenstein has a great manner and explains information in a clear and kind way.
