Colosseum Dental

I went yesterday to visit this establishment. It was beautiful inside and out! The reception staff were very polite and thorough in the way they dealt with things. I was called in to my appointment & was greeted by the dentist and dental nurse in a very polite manner. They understood that I had anxiety & kept asking if I was okay - also gave numbing gel so I dont feel any pain. They explained everything in regards to treatment with such detail that I was informed at every step. Even further treatment I need, was explained & I got my teeth cleaned, which now look amazing! So thankyou - I feel I am in really really good hands & felt at ease almost straight away. Id recommend this dental surgery to anyone with first time nerves, please go here! You wont regret it.. I'm looking forward to seeing them again.

I can't rate this clinic highly enough. Luke, who looks after my teeth, recently fitted me for a partial denture, and the care he took, and precision with which he ensured that they fitted well and were comfortable, was superb. Luke is a professional, kind dentist, whose expertise is way beyond his years. I hope he stays with the clinic for many years to come. A big shout out to Lizzie and Carla as well, who are just lovely. They run the practice with great professionalism, whilst making one feel comfortable and at home. This clinic really is amazing!

Absolute joke that this receptionist has employment! Registered with the practice on the 17th of March due to moving to the area and experiencing pain in my tooth/jaw... was told I would receive an email to book an appointment which never came. In the last 3 days the pain has got much worse to the point of being unable to sleep, have tried calling the practice all 3 days morning and afternoon with no answer, left several voicemail messages which the automated system says they will be replied to... no response. They finally answered the phone today as my girlfriend had been trying all morning to get through, the receptionist was instantly rude and refused to speak to her to book an appointment for me, interrupting her before she could even explain the situation... so my girlfriend had to find me at work to pass me the phone. At this point the woman declared she couldn't here me despite talking perfectly with my girlfriend previously... admittedly in my pain and frustration I did swear (not directed at the receptionist, just out loud in annoyance) at the irony that they answer for the first time in 3 days and now claim that she couldn't here me... at which point the receptionist declares do not contact this practice again and hung up on me!!! Then tried calling off my landline and the call was immediately cut off without even answering. A massive shame as all the reviews I have read about the actual dentists are very positive, you just have to get past the incompetent, rude and unprofessional receptionist first.

They cancelled my appointment 5 min before after 1 month of wait (My last appointment I went to fix a painful tooth and the dentist fixed the wrong one) I had to ask my job for a day off because I really need it to finish my treatment so when I went there they told me sorry its closed and they will give you a call to rebook. No one called me so I tried to call every single day but no answer. After 1 week someone answered the phone. I explained about my issue she gave me an appointment for a month later. I explained that I have so much pain after the filling so they need to fix it at the day that they were closed. She told me very rudely that this is the NHS and that if I'm not happy to go to a private dentist. Even if they cancel your appointment dont expect that they will reebok you asap or a call back.
