Richard Jones and the team at JFDP really are the best! Nothing has been too much trouble for Richard in helping me through a difficult journey with my dental issues. He is quite unique in that he explains everything in such detail and really does put you at ease. In the past I have found that dentists can lack any emotional intelligence but this is certainly not the case with Richard. I consider myself very fortunate having him as my dentist.

Been coming here for years and after a great experience again yesterday I thought it was time to write a review. This is an excellent dental practice. Richard Jones is so kind and positive; very gentle, yet expert and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble to explain. He is assisted by pleasant, efficient dental nurses who take great care to keep everything covid-safe. Hygienist Sue is a gem. How anyone can be passionate about dental hygiene, I don't know, but she really is, and it's always a pleasure to visit her, both for her kindness and her thoroughness. She takes pride in creating a personal relationship and in explaining what she is doing. Lastly, the hard-working reception staff, who, again, are efficient, helpful and patient - they must be saints! I recommend this practice without reservation and thank them for their amazing hard work. It matters - and is appreciated.

I have been a patient of Richard Jones since he started practicing in St Albans many years ago he is the most amazing dentist I have ever known, he is kind gentle and explains every thing that he needs to do in a calm reassuring manner and he wouldnt do anything that wasnt necessary so I trust him completely I used to be very nervous of dentists until I found Richard.My husband feels the same we are extremely lucky to have him as our dentist as he is so popular I think his list is full. The surgery is spotlessly clean, they are very Covid aware so I felt completely safe all the staff are so friendly its got such a happy friendly vibe about the place you can tell they are one happy team they deserve every good review they get wish I could give them more than 5 stars as they deserve it well done all of you it cant be easy working through all the pressures of Covid but youve done it with a smile on your faces and a sense of humour which makes such a difference to how a patient feels its like coming back to see old friends so Thankyou to Richard and his lovely team
