Alexander House Dental Practice

Parking always an issue, few members of staff are unhelpful and rude, the dentist I saw was ok but the hygienist is AMAZING! Shes the only reason why I keep going back.

Recently signed up with Alexander House, they very kindly gave me an emergency appointment for a few hours after calling them. (I'd tried approx 20 other places closer to me prior!) Receptionist when I arrived were very friendly and the dentist I saw was fantastic. Would certainly recommend and I look forward to returning again,. Hopefully the next time is just a checkup rather than emergency.

I came to Alexander House Dental Practice after a 5 year stint of no dental check-ups, I was booked in quickly and easily via phone as an NHS patient with Dipen Shah. A number of treatments were required following this visit which were all completed to a high standard. I've also visited the hygienist Adriana who was very friendly and helpful. All visits were on time or no later than 10 minutes after my appointment which is refreshing compared to previous dentists I've used. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely people, very courteous, very caring. Easy to book, text reminders as well. Some of the best treatments I have had whether private or under the NHS. The only pain is the parking but there is a massive car park minutes away. Might be a problem if you find stairs difficult as there isn't disabled access but for me it's well worth the struggle. Dr Shah and his team are brilliant.
