They make great coffee and coffee derivative drinks here and we visit here regularly. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The only negative point is they have food like cookies and snacks uncovered in the middle of the shop which cannot be hygienic.

We visited on a beautiful sunny day back in August and although the quality of our food & drinks was superb the service we received was oddly unhelpful. Our request to move to a table in the shade was refused even though the table was empty for the whole our time there. Also questions about the menu & even the whereabouts of the toilets were very defensively answered. We paid the service charge for the sake of the kitchen staff but perhaps should have written that on the bill!

Sells some interesting stuff and both the shop and the seating area were spotless. But the bread in our sandwiches was stale and at 8.90 each they felt very expensive for what we got. Would have been nice to be offered a napkin and a plate with them. Coffee was decent, although I asked for skimmed milk and it was suspiciously creamy plus the barrista didnt change the milk she had out.
