DeckPlus St Albans - Composite Decking

1st time installing Timbertech edge+ and it definitely wont be my last, very nice board to work with the end result was stunning and most importantly my customer was over the the moon, look forward to using more of the timbertech products,

We love our new deck. From start to finish DeckPlus were great. Fraser provided feedback on our questions in a fast and timely manner and helped us to estimate how much decking would be required. He also kept us up to date with the delivery of our decking, which we were able to get earlier than expected. The decking itself is fantastic quality and extremely easy to install. I would highly recommend DeckPlus and their products.

Overall result for our decking is very good. I dont think we could have better from anywhere else. The colour of the boards delivered was a little different to the samples sent, but I suppose theres always that risk with batches. Very pleased overall and everyone comments on it the final result.

Timbertech was recommended by our Brother-in-Law who had built two decking areas to his property. He specifically favoured their product over competitors because of a number of advantages such as the concealed clip and lock system, coloured co-ordinated screw covers, anti slip and anti fade features along side a lengthy warranty. We were so impressed with the overall look and quality that we decided to scrap the idea of building a 2nd paved patio in favour of the Timbertech Deck Plus. We choice the Driftwood colour and to be honest we didnt even look at another manufacturer's alternative as we believe you get what pay for and we had already seen that this was a very high quality product. Fraser in Customer Services was brilliant, he gave us very prompt responses by both email and telephone, and put us a quote together having given him our measurements whilst answering all our queries. Delivery was quick and straight forward within 7 days of ordering. We are thrilled with the finished result and it looks even better than the samples we originally sent for. Our daughter is so impressed that she is now going to order some too to build a decking area instead of her planned patio. So in conclusion we have been very impressed from start to finish with both the Company and the product and would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality decking product.
