        Very friendly and helpful staff, it's a shame the small coffee shop has had to close

        Supposed to be open at 9am had been calling since then to confirm a time for an appearance on that day, and the phones just rung for 20-30 mins with no response. To say all the money you take from people but cant find the facilities to answer the phone? Wouldnt take them long to send out a fine though Im sure.

        Tried at least 4 different numbers before i hit on one that was valid, only to be cut off every time i pressed the extension for assistance. Poor poor facilities for a place that fines thousands of pounds. Archaic system desperately in need of an upgrade.
