      • Peaceful Yoga

        I walked in the shop with 4 to 5 members of staff standing at the entrance. Not one of them made any attempt to greet me, a customer walking in. Not one of them asked if they could help me. The same thing happened in the upstairs department, two more staff members basically ignored me. Very strange customer service. Got what i needed and quickly left the awful atmosphere. WHSmith, this branch let's you down, a real shame.

        Manager not very knowledgeable, about 50 mins and cou for a DHL parcel to do the paperwork?? Not very professional. Also not a sign of DHL Service. If you're in a hurry don't go there. She's trying to be polite, but I wouldn't call a DHL express service point. Update: after 1hour I left without sending my items. Terrible
