        Short changed, by the owner with glasses who works here. He put an item through the till TWICE, hoping I wouldnt notice (it was quite blatant). So I asked for an itemised receipt which he reluctantly handed over and confirmed my suspicion! I requested a refund for the item he charged me for twice, but was met with hostility and he slapped the change in my hand! I used to be a very regular customer, until this. Very disappointing he felt happy to undermine me!
