        Took my iPhone in thinking I had a broken screen. When I returned to collect it, the crack was in fact on the screen protector I didnt know I had. They replaced it, job done. Such honesty is rare these days. Top marks.

        Really nice and helpful. My Google Pixel usb-c connector wasn't taking the connector and they carefully cleaned it out and fixed it. Really thought it was broken and would need replacing, or I'd have to buy a new phone - so a great result. Thank you for your help!
