        I've bought good coffee beans from here before, but the most recent batch I bought was really disappointing, very bitter. Tried to explain it to them but was very rudely told I must be wrong and offered nothing.

        Coffee is nice at the St Albans branch (whenever they're open), but the barista is weirdly aggressive when asking him questions. Maybe if you're not a novice, he might show a bit more patience. Good luck!
