        Poor customer service, after being a long term customer I won't be ordering again. Be aware even if you are within the free delivery zone on the website map they have started to add a delivery charge at the door, nothing mentioned during the ordering process. You will then be called a liar if you point this out, even if you show the website map.

        Chilli chips are just frozen chips cooked badly and then thrown into a standard chilli salad, same salad that comes with any dry fried dish (had the king prawn (sic)). So the flavour doesnt fuse its just chips and salad. Just a disappointment really. Not going to knock the service on the phone or delivery time, food just wasnt great.

        I have ordered from St Chi three times now. Every time the delivery has taken over 2 hours despite when placing my order it saying delivery would be 45 mins. Trying to ring for an update is pointless as nobody answers the phone. Such a shame as the food is absolutely delicious.
