This charity says it deals with vulnerable older people, but me being a disabled older person with breathing and mobility issues, I pull up in there car park and pick my wife up, I am only there for a matter of minutes not parked then I go. I was rudely spoken to by a member of staff who said I can't park there, cause I am block g a disabled bay, so I showed her my blue badge to which she said you still can't park here , I said I am not parked I am picking my wife up. This lady said wait in the road to which I said with all the building work going on I said it was to dangerous. I made a complaint to which this charity said basically I don't care about your safety. DO NOT DONATE TO THIS UNCARING SO CALLED CHARITY.
