        I have eaten in many St Albans eateries and dined in London Vietnamese restaurants- Vis kitchen is delectable, sumptuous and refreshingly unique in flavours - reminds me of visits to Saigon and Nha Trang, really bursting sensations of sweet and hot but fragrant herbs and fresh salads are spot on for summer. My top dish Ive had 3 times in last few weeks is grilled chicken patties and banh mi (yummy)

        Vi is so dedicated to her work. Very easy to communicate. My favourite one is Beef Salami Vietnamese style and prawn steamed rolls. Highly recommended!!!
