        What a waste of time. Did the quote online and booked an appointment, but when I arrived there they offered only half of the original quoted price Reason given was that it should be in showroom condition totally unrealistic for a car 16y old and with 167k miles

        Awful experience. Was quoted 11,860. I turned up and was greeted by a shambles of a man. Laid back in his chair. So unwelcoming. First thing he says is so you realise your quote has gone down because its exceeded 4 days Gave me a new quote of over 2 grand less If youre looking for a quick sell, fine, use these people. If not, dont go anywhere near them. Shambolic.
