Satin Bow Bridal

My experience of Satin Bow was perfect. Sarah was kind and respectful. She gave me and my bridal party space to choose dresses and once she knew what we liked she made some recommendations. Once I chose my dress she kept me updated and always made the time to help me during my alterations. She made sure my dress was perfect and I couldnt be more grateful! I have always drove past this bridal shop & new that I would visit it to see inside at the very least when the time comes, well.. the shop did not disappoint, I visited the shop my mother, mother in law to be, grandmother & sister, we was all greeted with a smile nothing was to much to ask and Sara was so accommodating to us all, the shop is absolutely beautiful, clean and friendly. I am extremely anxious & suffer with body image issues * as most of us do* but Sara was incredibly supportive, accommodating & really informative she new exactly what to advise on which would be best suited to my body shape, but also listened to what I wanted, Sara is a delight to be around and made my experience so lovely and memorable, she put me at ease almost instantly, the shop has a really love feel the dresses are all absolutely stunning. there is something for everyone. a perfect setting for a big moment. Sara made me feel like no question or request was to much, I am so glad I chose Satin Bow Bridal for my bride moment as I brought my dream dress the same day all thanks to Sara! I have since been back for some alterations with her partner business stitch to fit, who was incredible, so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much to ask he done exactly what I asked for his skill is impeccable, he made me feel really comfortable, as he has a friendly knowledge approach, I couldn't recommend them more there are magical at what they do! if you have any anxiety or hesitation go to Satin Bow Bridal they will not disappoint!! a massive thank you to everyone at Satin Bow & Stitch To Fit Love Layla W, x

I wouldn't recommend Satin Bow Bridal, as I didn't have a good experience. I showed up for my appointment right on time, and I had to wait 30 minutes since they were still helping a lady before me. Once I did get to try on dresses, the lady who was fitting dresses was not very helpful at actually putting on the dresses, and she didn't have much knowledge to provide good advice. On one dress I did like, she said "This is my favourite, it's the one that makes you look slim". I felt that was inappropriate and very rude to say. I'm very glad I went to a previous shop that had much better customer service, otherwise, I would have had a very unpleasant first experience.

If you are searching for your dream wedding gown Sarah at Satin Bow should be your 1st stop. She has the most beautiful selection of gowns veils and accessories and she is the most fantastic bridal consultant you could ever wish for . Super friendly while being very professional and attentive. I am getting married this coming June and have visited the salon twice now and had such a great experience . Cant wait for my first fitting Thank you Sarah xxxx
