        Bensons arrived on time, made a call 30 minutes before, tracking order was really helpful. Delivery staff courteous and friendly. Took great care of my home when entering and leaving. Even wore shoe covers!! Lovely.

        I've always had an excellent experience when I've used BFB. Recently purchased a bed and cabinet. The lady in the shop was very nice and helpful (without being forceful), the items were delivered as agreed, the deliverymen were very polite, and the products were very good quality for the price (as always from BFB). Comparing with other services I have experienced, BFB are excellent and I will happily use again without hesitation.
