I popped into Sally's today in the hope someone could help me. I had my hair coloured at a salon and wasn't happy with the results. The salon hadn't been able to rectify the problem despite two return visits. At Sally's, Clare (a professional hair colourist) spent some time with me in the shop and selected a colour for me. She patiently explained how to use it at home and explained the timings etc. I have just finished colouring my hair to Clare's instructions and and am very happy with the result. Thank you Clare and to the staff at Sally's.
