I recently had a problem with my GTI Up which was driving me crazy ,Georgie in the Service dept made the whole process seamless and She made sure I was updated daily until the repair was completed and I was even provided with a loan car I'm more that happy with service I received and I would now recommend Marshalls St Albans to family and friends !!!!!

UPDATE 28th April 2023 ===================== Charlotte went above and beyond trying to fix our car unfortunately it would appear its complicated than we initially thought. I will be taking it to the dealer we got it from for them to rectify the issue. I have been impressed by Charlotte and her team and I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them. UPDATE 1st February 2023 ===================== The garage had my vehicle from last Thursday 26th January until end of day Monday 30th. As I was driving back home half the way the same error message that was meant to have been fixed reappeared about lane assist meaning I could also not use the auto cruise feature. I rang my service contact person yesterday Tuesday 31st Jan around 08:25am and he advised he will ascertain and get back to me its Wednesday today the 1st of February and unfortunately I havent heard from him or the VW St Albans dealer. I am getting concerned and frustrated with the way they have dealt with me. ==================================== Another disappointment from VW Marshalls St Albans Dealer, after agreeing with Charlotte over 4 weeks ago to get our automatic vehicle booked for diagnostics and requested for an automatic loan car due to health reasons. I was forced to take a manual car . If you knew you could not provide an automatic car as agreed why book our car in the first place ??? The gentleman booking in our vehicle told me they only had 8 loan cars and all manual. This is unacceptable. I will not be coming back again. Please avoid if you can.

Recently took delivery of my new ID.3 Tour that Id bought through Anil at Marshall VW St Albans. Car is superb, really responsive, and is a joy to drive. Anil was extremely helpful from start to finish, always dealing with any questions/requests very quickly and nothing was too much for him. He also took lots of time helping me set up the control app when I collected the car. This is our 5th VW car from this garage and the customer service on the service team side is just as good as that from the sales team.
