Fraud and Illegal business practices: The Absolute Worst Lettings Agent I have ever dealt with!! Alex (Romanian) and Anna at Fab Lets engage in illegal and unethical business practices, including accepting multiple holding deposits for the same property, showing flats that have already been let, and blatantly lying about their letting activities. I was shown a flat, agreed a price in writing with the landlord through Fab Lets, and placed a holding deposit 5 minutes later, and was then told (a week later) that someone else had already taken the flat at the time of my agreement. Although I sent all my documents ahead of time and was told by Anna at Fab Lets that they were acceptable, Alex later said "there was a problem with the underwriters". Anna then stated there had been a "mistake made by Fab Lets in letting the flat to someone else". Alex started dodging my calls and there has been no response from them since. This agency is engaging in fraud and scamming prospective tenants, it is unbelievable they are still in business!! Avoid Fab Lets and Anna/Alex at all costs!!

Worst company ever. I will never ever work with them again. They confirmed a flat just yesterday, asked for a deposit and today they e-mailed me saying 'sorry someone else rented it'.. Plus no response to phone calls. Very unprofessional... Thanks for your response. However, this is not about acting fast. This is about how you have behaved, confirming a flat, asking for a deposit, sending related documents and in half an hour canceling the process. I know how the property market works and obviously not like this. Thanks. Wishing you all the best.

Even this one star is not deserved. Fab Lets never respond to the phone or emails, they send automatic replies to register your personal information and they never get back to you. When I finally managed to book a viewing (after going back and forth for a week with what seemed to be a chatbot) within the same day and only four hours later, no one showed up, no one picked up the phone I was given, and the property from the outside did not even resemble to the listing. When I called them out, I never got a reply. Dont waste your precious time with this agency
