I have been delighted with the service provided by TaxAssist. The team are very professional, efficient and friendly. Responses to any queries I make are prompt which is reassuring during these challenging COVID-19 times. I would like to thank Dean Williams who looks after my accounts and has been particularly helpful with providing information, guidance and has liaised with HMRC on my behalf over the last few months. I have no hesitation in recommending TaxAssist.

Having been employed for the majority of my working life filling in a tax return for me is the ultimate nightmare just trying to work out which particular section I needed to complete and I was fearful if the information I gave was not correct. I first of all attempted to complete it on line but for some reason this didn't work because for a brief period many years ago I did a bit of self employed work. I then asked HMRC to post me the relevant forms and again one look of it and I knew I needed some assistance. Approaching TaxAssist Accountants, which were locally based, was simple and quick by phone with no lengthy covid related waiting or having press this number and again another. Within a week or so I had a face to face at the local office with Hannah who was charming and clearly very experienced in her role. This one meeting was sufficient and with a few email exchanges to follow it was job done. In summarising I would definitely recommend TaxAssist to anyone requiring peace of mind and professionalism.

I have found everyone at TaxAssist Accountants to be very friendly, very helpful and highly professional; they have turned dealing with the tax people from a living breathing nightmare into a fast, efficient process which is actually quite painless. We have been using TaxAssist for more than 10 years and appreciate their continued help with Tax returns, VAT, payroll and other services. Thanks to Dean and Abdul who have answered all our questions during the difficult covid period and always been available for quick questions as well as advice on more complex ones.
